roofCrows Feet Commons is a product of our customers and the passions that direct our lives. Bend is a very special place. With wild lands out our backdoor and plentyful resources at our fingertips, all of us are proud to call Bend Oregon: HOME

The community members that support this great town are educated, crafty and hardworking people that share the common interest of getting outside with a smile. The capacity of this community to create fun events and take part in such activities is quite mind-boggling. Everyone is here to have a good time and share adventures with each other.

As a result Crow’s Feet Commons was established as a meeting grounds for such fun loving people.

rademacherBack story: Built in 1905, the Goodwille-Allen Rademacher house is the oldest, original home, still standing in Bend. A number of community minded people lived within the walls that is now 875 NW Brooks St. The town doctor, dentist and mill director all used this house to springboard employment, and industry into the area.

In 1995, the City of Bend inherited the building with the sole intention to create community and drive social action. As the population grew and new areas began to spring up throughout town, the backstreets of Brooks Avenue became neglected and underused. When local non-profits could not find a suitable fit for the building, the City of Bend inquired about community-based business ideas that could take place in the Registered Historic building.  Driven by the community minded spirit of the local outdoor community, we decided to take on our dream business; one that would only be successful in a place like Bend.

hutsIf you are a dreamer come in

If you are a dreamer a wisher a liar

A hoper a pray-er a magic-bean-buyer

If you’re a pretender come sit by my fire

For we have some flax golden tales to spin

Come in!

Come in!
