Shop Policies

Returns and Exchanges: 

In order to receive a full refund in cash or credit, you must present a receipt.  All returns must be done within 30 days

Without a receipt, a store credit or exchange can be issued for items that are currently in stock.

Clearance priced items (over 25% off), are not subject to refunds or exchange.

All items that are requested to be returned, must be in brand-new condition with accompanying packaging.


As a service to our customers, we will handle any warranty requests with companies that we currently sell.

Warranties can be a time consumer process and policies for each company are different.  Our goal is make the transition as fast as possible and will work with the customer to reach the best possible outcome.

Warranty items may be replaced or repaired only at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Customers will be asked to cover all shipping and handling costs associated with the warranty.

If a full warranty is not possible, customers will be responsible for crash replacement or new product replacement costs.

If additional service is required to replace the item, the customer will be responsible for that service, by completing the task or paying for service costs.

Demos will be applied to purchase price:

At Crow’s Feet Commons, we understand the investment that it is required to buy new equipment.  If you choose to demo a product, we will happily apply ALL demo charges to the cost of new products.  Demo charges will not be applied to items that are on sale or discounted for any reason.

Demo credits will only be applied to items that are similar:  bikes for bikes, skis for skis, boots for boots.

Price matching:

At Crow’s Feet Commons, we believe that we stock the best equipment for all of your backcountry, skiing, beer-drinking and coffee drinking needs.  However if you find a better deal somewhere else, we will price match any items that are found in other stores or online.
